Notes when using electronic platform scales
1. The electronic platform scale must be placed in a horizontal position during weighing, which can prevent inaccurate weighing due to uneven or inclined ground.
2. The electronic platform scale must not exceed the maximum capacity when using. If the electronic scale is overloaded, it will cause an alarm or damage the load cell, causing irreversible effects.
3. The electronic platform scale must be used according to the characteristics of electronic scale. For example, explosion-proof scales can be used in more dangerous and complicated working environments. Waterproof scales can be used in weighing of seafood and aquatic products. General electronic Platform scales must be used in a dry environment.
4. Pay attention to the maintenance of the battery during using processes. If the battery is dead or the battery is broken, the weighing of the electronic platform scale will be inaccurate. The usage of the battery should be checked in time or a new battery should be replaced in time.
5. Do not impact the electronic platform scale violently, to avoid the electronic scale is damaged during the impact or the weighing is inaccurate.
6. Weighing indicator of the electronic platform scale should be protected, especially the electronic scale is not waterproof or explosion-proof.
7. The electronic platform scale must be calibrated regularly, it can be calibrated manually through weights to ensure the accuracy of electronic scale.
